Hello,

I bought a Logitech K270 keyboard for my Father. It was unwrapped on 25/12/2018 and after fully unboxing the product on 27/12/2018 we were aware that the Logitech packaging had previously been opened.

The keyboard is missing the USB wireless receiver and therefore is not in satisfactory condition.

I have been in contact with your returns team who proceed to ignore my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that I have 30 days to return a faulty product. I have informed them of my intention to cancel and return the product within 14 days of delivery as is my right to do so.

Your team have tried to claim I had 48 hours to check the product for damages after receiving them and I failed to. However, your terms and conditions specifically apply to transit damages, which there were not. It is simply missing parts and therefore not in satisfactory condition.

I thought I would post on here for to see if this can be escalated beyond the member of staff replying to my emails.

Regards,

Simon
