order item from scan at night, on morning change my mind about it, send form form for cancelling (no answer til now), contact live chat(waiting 20 minutes) in 10 am, person there told me that item is prepared for dispatch for next day and "em I still wanting to cancel it", I sed "yes", he sed "ok" and I leave chat with many thx.
At 16AM order was sent via DPD, it is international delivery!
My question is: can I refuse goods at delivery and receive full refund!
I am little frustrated right now!
