took 10 days from start to resolution.
That's cool. What did they do?
i had a powercolor radeon vii bought on release day, it was faulty so scan organised and paid for collection of the card it was determined faulty and i was given a full refund. whole process took 10 day.
i was very happy.
even happier now that i just treated myself to a evga 2080 ti ftw3 ultra gaming.
Not sure I’d be more seed with a ten day turn around. My last RMA with scan took 7 days and I was pretty annoyed it had taken so long!
Very few updates on the process too, I had to chase up on a few occasions
