Ordered on 25th December, order still awaiting picking.

I ordered a case and some fans from scan on the 25th of December (Order: 00E4253314). Now I know christmas, covid and brexit means that they are having delays but my orders been stuck on awaiting picking for ages now and all i've received is the same "delayed order" email two days in a row. Anyone else also waiting on orders placed around the same time. TIA

Was/is everything you ordered in stock?

If one of your items was out of stock, they will wait for it to come in before shipping one complete order

Yep, still awaiting on a case from December too.

For me i ordered when the item was in stock but then have had a few notifications about delays.

Latest delays is until the end of the month. The reply i've had from Scan is that my delay is due to the current climate which has lead to delays in stock coming in. I think this is the way of it for now, the increase of people buying PC parts and the problems in the world meant things are harder to supply.
