Unless otherwise stated it'll be the same as other cards, which in the UK is at least: 14 days cooling off period starting the day after you receive your card (to notify them, then you have another 14 days to actually return it). If faulty you can claim a full refund up to 30 days, 30 days to 6 months and the retailer gets one opportunity to repair or replace before you can claim a refund, 6 months to expected product life (but claim within 6 years) and burden of proof is on you to prove product is faulty and then you can claim a partial refund.
On top of that, Scan currently guarantee satisfactory quality for 3 months of normal use and will refund, credit or replace.

Hopefully there\'ll be another flurry of drops like last month - three out of the five had the 3060 Ti in stock.
Not great numbers yet, but still better than the single opportunity per month we had stretching back to February.
Re: 30 Series Founders Edition
Does anyone know if the price on Nvidia site is the same purchase price from scan for the 3080Fe?

At that point in time, yes it is.

Just perfect timing, when I was busy with other stuff. I managed to bosh my phone,so will have to forget about GPU for the immediate future since I need to replace it.
Having said that there is apparently a Super refresh coming at the start of next year:

Wondering if I should just wait for that,as I do want more VRAM ideally(and maybe AMD will release an update too?).

If you just want a passable Android phone, I have been really pleased with my Moto G30. There is an Amazon exclusive version with 6GB of ram for £170: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Motorola-Qu...dp/B08YQMW6S5/
I was edging into the £350 range trying to find something decent, but this is just epic value. Leaves more money for proper toys :D

There's no hurry unless you absolutely need a card at the moment. I bought mine in anticipation of BF 2042 when the system requirements aren't even known yet. Bit too hasty now that I think of it, I'm barely putting it through the paces at moment.
Also by the time the Super lineup arrives, Lovelace will only be around a year out. You'd probably want to hold out for that instead

I ended up getting one today. I wasn't stronk enough!
Re: 30 Series Founders Edition
The fact that cards are staying in stock longer is very telling, if you cant shift FE cards quickly then what hope have the AIB guys got?
Still wanting a 3080 tho lol

you and me both!
Re: 30 Series Founders Edition
Finally managed to get my hands on 3080FE. Been waiting almost a year for this. Rest of my system needs a serious overhaul but at least I can retire from the GPU hunting game for a while.

Got one, take me off of the waiting list :D
Mate gave me £350 for the 3060Ti as well, more than I actually asked for but think that was in payment for building him a PC, which I would have done for nothing anyways...
