Order still awaiting picking?

Hello I placed an order on Sunday for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday but the order is still awaiting picking?
Does that mean tomorrow's date will be missed?
Invoice number is 00E4165551 if anyone is able to help me?

I've never ordered from scan before so I'm not sure if this is normal?

I have exactly the same issue Indesan.

I placed my order on Saturday (albeit very late on Saturday) and it's still awaiting picking.

In my experience Scan are usually quicker than this, but the current pressures from the pandemic are likely having an impact on both order volumes and capacity to process orders.

Did an order last week took 2 days to be picked, order this week it's day 4 and still not picked yet.

I guess it depends what it is?

I managed to order a 5600x, however as being one of the last allowed to order my status is "awaiting picking" as they are currently waiting on stock.

So my guess would be you bought something that wasn't in stock. Either pre-order or something that just happened to go out of stock?

I am now waiting 7days for an order that's sitting in picking.
Since I placed that order I have received 3 deliverys from scan.

Keep being told don't worry your items are assigned to you so stock is not the problem we have backlog with stuff in multiple warehouses getting both worried and frustrated

Similar position, item was "in stock" and remains in "Awaiting Picking". I am accumulating doubts whether "weekend delivery" can happen.

Scan are normally really quik, I guess the Christmas rush combined with Covid restrictions is taking a toll

I am wondering if its just a stock issue as I ordered a Cosmos on Saturday and it was delivered Sunday
