    Question Using an external 120hz G-Sync Monitor on a Scan 3XS 3080 Laptop ??

I have been researching this topic for the past few days - and it's lead me to a few key questions that I can only really ask here since, Scan themselves are the ones that actually build the 3XS laptops.

Basically I want to use a Scan 3XS 3080 laptop as a small form factor PC essentially. With a external 24" 120hz Displayport G-Sync Monitor as my primary monitor - eg the screen i'll be gaming on (in Exclusive Fullscreen mode).

Now I understand that this is possible if:
    - The GPU is Discrete (and/or in Discrete mode in the BIOS / or Disable Optimus in OS)
    - And the display outputs (in this case the mini DP on the laptop) have direct connected to the GPU.
    - And you use a Mini DP to DP cable or a Mini DP to DP adaptor.

So is there anyone at Scan that can check if these criteria are the case with 3XS Scan laptops ? - Specifically if a 3080 GPU in a 3XS Scan laptop is Discrete in the respect that the mini DP on the side of the laptop has direct connection to the 3080.

    Cheers.
