Procon BF4

Hi , I have a problem and unable to find the cause ? this never happened until i got the 3xs system I won from Hexus .
I help to Admin a BF4 server and use Procon Frostbite to connect to the remote server , for the past week every time I try to run it it freezes ? in less than 2 mins .
It did run fine when I first set it all up , but now I keep getting this error , I have tried most obvious things but am at a loss so any ideas would help .
ProCon.exe version 1.5.3.5 stopped interacting with windows .

Right I have just done a Windows repair install , and Procon is still freezing
