Asus Crosshair Hero VIII not booting correctly

I have recently received a motherboard from you guys but I am struggling to get it to work properly. It is hanging on the Asus logo and the spinning dots.. I have done numerous upgrades in the past with no problems. This is the first time it is happened to me. Even when doing a fresh install with a brand new ssd m2 and a ssd it is having the same problem. I have covered every angle and I am not sure what to do. I definitely want the same motherboard but I am struggling with this one. I sent you an email last night and hoping you can help and I did take out the insurance with it for just in case.
Please can you point me in the right direction.
