Bent pins on my cpu

Just recieved my cpu today and i've just noticed that theres a couple of bent pins. I read before in this forum that someone had the same problem as me. I have even tried to push the pins back, ive left them as i found it.

What should i do?

Send it back. Even if you do bend them back they will be weakend if you ever have to bend them again. It items damaedged make sure you get a new one.

I suggest you contact the customer services department as soon as possible and log it with them as a damaged in transit shipment.

Just spoke to someone at Scan.....Must say they were very helpful!!!!!!!

Incase someone else has this problem i'll post up what they said.

They have made a record of my case and they have advised me that if the pins are still attached then my warranty is ok. ( I have have bent the pins back into place )
She has now emailed me to confirm what was said on the telephone for added piece of mind.
