Can i return this item to you? I bought it over 3 months ago now, but it has developed a fault in that every time i try to access larger files it appears with a generic I/O device error, error message.

I can't remember my order number or anything like that i'm afraid.

My usb drive does that. It only seems to do it with single files over 1Gb or when you transfer over about 5gig at once.
I thought it was a problem with USB...

Yes, if you drop an OLQ or call the returns team they will be happy to assist you further and see if theres any way they can fix this issue for you.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is an OLQ? Very happy to do one once i know where one is and where to find it!
