    Incredible service!

Just a post to show how happy i'am with scan's service!
To me you can order stuff from any company and have it delivered promptly BUT what differentiates a good company from a great company is when things go wrong!

Ordered my goods on monday 4.00pm ish and recieved my stuff on tuesday, FREE fast next day delivery. Got a faulty 7800gt so i contacted them on wednesday morning and recieved an email around 15mins later which was to begin my rma process.
Arranged for collection of the card for thursday and now they've sent out a replacement for me today (friday) three days turnaround! I can't explain how much better the whole rma process is compared to other e-tailers! OMG it took me 3 days to just recieve a reply from ebuyer for my last rma!!

Kudos to scan, great service, free (fast) delivery and very competetive prices to boot.

I have to second the excellent service! I am the first to criticise poor service (as I received from Scan at the beginning of this year). I ordered a TFT monitor over the weekend and a barrage of e-mails arrived this morning as the order progressed through stages 1 to 4. It has already been dispatched and I should be receiving it tomorrow.

Free delivery, excellent communication via e-mail, good prices and rapid delivery. What more could a customer want? Scan, please, please, please don't screw up now! Keep up the excellent service.

Certainly, comments like this push Scan up to the top of my lists for where I'll consider spending my money next time I'm upgrading. I don't even mind paying a little more as long as I know the customer service is going to be first rate....the fact that Scan are highly competative just makes it that much better.

I just wish they had something on the right hand side of the site, it looks so bare. Or is that just due to my monitor resoloution?

To follow up my previous post, the goods arrived at 11.00am this morning - true 24 hour delivery. Scan even threw in a free gift of an Evomouse! It really couldn't get any better. Well done Scan. My faith in you guys has been restored.
