Samsung Spinpoint SATAII 80gig?

Hopefully will be getting some computer stuff when the new ATI range is out..
also looking at getting two SATAII drives for a raid & the Samsung Spinpoint ones seem decent
but the smallest one you have is 120gig which is too much space for me really (in raid0 I'd have 240gig then)..

2x80gig would be perfect, I know Samsung do an 80gig version - do you think you'll ever get any in stock?
