2GB memory packs?

I'm possibly looking at upgrading from 1 to 2Gig memory but note that Scan dont really have any 2Gb packs of note?

Is this a reflection of the current market / demand or current packages offered by the memory manufacturers?

By 2Gig memory packs I'm referring to 2x1Gb sticks - for me it would be PC3200.
