I have to agree with Freddie's post, Scan have not been firing on all cylinders recently!
I called yesterday as i have had no emails to say my goods were dispatched, so i spoke to the Customer Service dept and they said the goods were still down to be dispatched for 20.10.05 so they would arrive today ( 21.10.05 ). The goods were ordered online on 18.10.05 at 9pm so the order wouldnt go through until 19.10.05. All items were in stock and i have not had an email to say my order has been delayed.
If someone from Scan could chase my order up i would be very grateful.
I have not got my invoice number handy but i could provide you with my address and my surname.
