Damaged / Faulty knob on Case

Finally received my order with that huge Silverstone Lascala case (SilverStone "LASCALA" LC16S-M + VFD IR (Silver)) LN11643 and it's very nice.

Only problem is that the volume knob on the right has the hole excentrically drilled and it wobbles when you turn it around, rubbing on the case.

As it's such a small item, it would make sense to sort out a replacement knob without sending the whole case back?

Please let me know what's best.

Oh, and I did ring up CS yesterday when the packages arrived to enquire about why I had a PalmV bluetooth kit and not the USB one I ordered. Next time, I promise to check the box completely and figure out the USB one was in the box and the PalmV one was a freebie

Thanks again. Just want a straight working knob (ooherr)

Dave, if you read this in time, I've just placed another order today for delivery tomorrow. If you could sort a button out, that would be great. I'll PM you

    So what should I do?

Should I ring CS to try and sort out a replacement? Or go to SilverStone direct?

    Thanks

Best advice is to log it with customer services and then they can decide either to put a DIT claim in and replace the case, or alternatively see if we can source a replacement part for you.

    Best Regards,
