New order help!

Hi guys

I placed an order about an hour ago and selected the credit option - put my card details in for the deposit.

Got through to the credit screen (v12secure) and noticed the £25 fee and decided against credit but couldn't get back to pay the full amount as my basket had emptied.

Can you find my order and charge the full amount to my card, or let me pay the balance over the phone?

If you ring the sales team in the morning, they'll be able to pull the details up of your order and take it manually.

Hi,

As long as you dont send the forms of then its fine, no payment will be taken, however just give us a ring if you want to place the order over the phone and we will cancel any outstanding finance anyway.

quick question - how can i track an order placed on the phone?

i've asked them to batch it all together and send it through when all in stock - obviously i'd like to see its status at some point..
