i purchased a Scan EZ8000 Black Wireless Multimedia/Office/Gamer Keyboard + Optical Mouse with my new computer but as of yet hav not been able to get the keyboard to work and have been working form a corded one. i dont seem to be able to turn the keyboard on is there an on off switch or something cos i cant work it out its got BRAND NEW batteries and i press the buttons and nothign happens hit caps scoll and num loc kand no lights come on can anyone help me with this. the mouse worked fine btw.
can one of the scan people tell me what to do to return this product as i am getting no help

Sorry for the delay in replying I have replyed to your Query with some relevent information,
From the fault report that you have given it would appear that the unit could well be faulty if so we will raise a returns number and have the unit replaced,
