Why do i have to pay?

    Scan,

I bought a mobo from you which had a fault that was confirmed by you. You sent city link around to pick the package up and everything was fine.

Now i have a different fault with the new board you sent me, which infact was not brand new as i could see that one of the clips the hink sink fan attaches onto was infact broken off. I reported this to scan straight away and the chap said he'd make a note of it on the account as it wouldnt affect the board. I was fine with this.

Now the board has anothe fault and is going back, why do i have to pay for postage? This is the 2nd time the board has been back. Why should i pay postage on a board that wasnt even a brand new replacement (grade b i think they call goods like this)

The RMA on this item is 125575. Can someone at Scan look into this?

    Thanks

    Darren

I have arranged for a member of staff from my team to contact you, on this occasion taking the history into account i have instructed him to offer you a collection.
