When will it be delivered?

Hi,

I placed 2 orders yesterday (by phone) at the same time, before the cut off time for next day delivery. All items are in stock. I received one email saying that one order had been dispatched yesterday afternoon, but i received an email this morning at 9am-ish for the other order saying it was Order picked / Awaiting despatch (even though the estimated dispatch day was today - same as the other order that i made at the same time). BTW, the reason that i placed 2 orders was that i needed to use 2 cards, although i ended up using the same one in the end.

Does this mean i will only get one of my deliveries today? I got today off work to be there for these deliveries, no one will be in until Friday now and experience tell's me that im in for a load of hassle with Citylink now.

Could someone look into this for me? Many thanks

PM me you invoice number and i will take a look, but please bare in mind we have to get friday, saturdays and sundays order out on monday. There isnt usually a cut off time on mondays, we basically tell customers that we know there is going to be a lot of orders to get out and you will more than likely get it on Wednesday.

But please Pm you Invoice number and i will check the status.

Because we dont ship friday afternoon or saturday or sunday they have to be done on monday

Steve, I have just taken delivery of one of the orders, but not the other

Also, can you find out if it would it be at my local City delivery centre? I might be able to collect it today.

I have looked on the City Link tracking page, but as usual it's saying all my orders do not exist, including the one they have delivered. You really need to have a word with them about this. It's never worked in years, with other companies too not just Scan.
