On Friday afternoon I ordered an Opteron 146 which your site stated was in stock.
Payment got authorised that afternoon and the order status page said estimated despatch date Monday 28th November. After not receiving anything today I have checked the status again and its still showing as Monday 28th November AND item not picked yet!
Now after browsing the site I notice it shows no stock left for the Opteron.
Can someone please let me know what is happening?

All the processors that came in on Friday were allocated to pre-orders that were placed for these processors days and even weeks beforehand.
All these were then shipped accordingly, but we are still actively sourcing these CPU's in various guises from a variety of avenues. As soon as we know more we will update everyone accordingly.

Thanks for getting back to me, not wanting to appear an awkward bugger, but if that is the case how come this guy was able to order one "after" me and yet received it this morning?

Not trying to kick off here but it kinda stinks a bit when I've been trying to get one of these chips for so long, if I knew this would have happened I would have come and collect it if it had made a difference!
Perhaps it is the verified by visa scheme (see the scan homepage)?

Has ordering with Scan turned into a damn lottery or something? 6 years and god knows how many thousands of pounds spent with your company and I get treated like this? Dont think so! :mad:
