Order in limbo

I've now had an order sat in despatch (supposedly) for 3 working days. I've received the order picked mail so I assumed that it was going to be despatched but, pff, nothing is happening.

Any idea what the cause is (oh and Steve I pm'ed you the invoice number yesterday but I've not had a reply yet).

I am looking into this now, as the order has been completed but not dispatch, i should ba able to get this out today but i will confirm this once i have done it..

For some strange reason this was book as a counter sale that why it wasnt dispatched, but i have created a shipping invoice and that should be with you today ....
