RMA check

Hi,

Please could someone check RMA ***.

The item was returned as faulty.
But checking the status of the rma online it appears that no fault was found.
I have emailed support but had no answer.

Hi,

Indeed there was no fault found however this could have been an intermitant fault and you were within 28 days and a refund has been issued.

sorry didnt know you werent allowed to post the rma number.

Thanks for the info, strange they couldnt find a fault.
The Ok button was cancelling and the cancel button was ok'ing.

And after about 10 mins of use it would lock up.
