    Dodgy psu in Aopen barebones

    Hiya, just got an aopen barebones system from scan just over a week ago. Have finally got round to building it and when installing the motherboard utility software which allows me to monitor voltages and fan speeds etc I just get constant alerts on the voltage levels.
    Let me give you some examples:

    VCORE=2.496V
    +3.3V = 2.5V
    +5V = 4.19
    +12V = 9.98V
    -12V = -9.93V
    VSB = 4.31

    Now, I have used loads of different motherboard monitoring tools. All give me the same readings. I'm kinda worried these unstable way off rails could do some damage to my components. Help scan!
