Made an order earlier this evening for a TFT monitor, invoice number 000Exxxxxx.
I just got an email telling me that payment was declined, and after much checking of numbers, I can see that it is because I entered my payment method as credit card, rather than the intended debit card. (doh)
It is rather important that I get this monitor shipped out Thursday for delivery on Friday, so I am hoping that it is possible for you to rectify the payment error as soon as possible.
Would it be possible for you scan guys to work some magic and get this sorted tomorrow please? I am not sure if you will need payment details again, if so I can provide a contact number or PM them now to somebody who doesnt have a full inbox
