i would just like to say, thanks for an amazing first shopping experience,

i ordered two items on Friday morning and just opted for the standard delivery option, lo and behold, they turned up at 9.30am today

absolutley outstanding service, 5 e-mails taking me through every stage of the order process,

if this is the way you conduct all your orders, you have a new, maybe longstanding customer and i will tell others about my experience.

just a shame i dont have enough posts to qualify for free delivery

i am just sharing an experience i have had first hand, why not give kudos to a company that does something positive.

if they offered an inefficient service, i would comment in a negative way but, you cannot always rely on first impressions, i will agree with you on that

i do not hold a torch to any company, i just think that you give credit where credit is due.

I fully agree with everything you said in your first post. Ive had nothing but first class service from Scan. I cant recomend them enough.
