Card Charged Twice
According to my bank statement I've been charged twice for one purchase (once and again 6 days later) following a problem processing payment. Is there anyone I can contact directly to resolve this ASAP? I've e-mailed support but I'm posting here as well since Hexus has kindly provided this means of communicating with/about Scan.

If you speak to the payments team on option 1 then 4 on the phone system when we're back open they'll be able to check whats happened and process any refunds that are due accordingly.
