    Late Order but Thanks to Scan

    Back around the 8th December i order a 3xs system from u guys and got an delivery date of the 20th December, now before u think this is a whinge let me stop u there.

    What im actually impressed with is that u are testing the machine found a problem and rather than shruggin your shoulders saying oh well lets match the despatch date you have let me know there was a problem which is so rare these days to actually be in the know. Likewise last night you let me know its nearly finished but might not meet the despatch time last night and you hope to despatch today due to a faulty motherboard. Hey i work in computing and its happens.

    Now whilst some might moan that you aint got it out on time im actually happier to wait the extra couple of days to get a machine that works and works properly and that i dont have to return after 2 hours and a thank you to you guys for keeping me informed on what is afterall a big order for me.

    Now hopefully City link dont muck it up

    Indeed, i agree with you 110% weather i worked for Scan or not, we take a lot of pride in the Systems we build here and alot of time and effort goes into every single one weather it be a entry level PC or a a pants down palace system, and it is nice when people take the time to appreciate this even if it was a day or two late, it is alway better to get every single thing right before we send the systems out ...
