It will be dealt with as soon as possible, however we do have a weeks worth to work through - so please bear with us.
Is there a limit on how long after purchase an RMA can be offered? I bought this on the 29th of November but didnt open it until xmas day so didnt realise there was anything wrong until xmas day.
If the item is Faulty then you will be allowed a refund on this. Please PM me your OLQ number and i will get someone to look into it for you.
Would I be allowed a replacement? I can't find anywhere else that has stock.
For a replacement you don't need to panic you have 12 months to get it sorted !!!

I have an RMA number now. Thanks. One last question though, will you be sending a courier to pick up the faulty pad or do I have to pay for postage?
