I have again had a delayed delivery on in stock items.

The knock on effect is intolerable. Forwork reasons, I can pretty much guarantee someone in the house Mon-Weds, So placing an order on a Friday works fine.

The delivery firm refused to take a written instruction from us to deliver next door. So I had a round journey of over an hour.

| guess there are some delays you can't do much about - but I think if a delay is caused by your problems you should cut the client some slack, either authorising delivery to another address - Citylink say only you can do this not me, or providing a Saturday delivery.

Otherwise the likely outcome is more cancellations
