Free delivery problems

I recently made an order with Scan and got free delivery the items are due to be delivered which is sweet

However, i forgot to order some RAM so ive come to make another order on scan, but when i get to pay it now charges me for delivery. I used to link on hexus to apply for the free delivery - but it now says "hexus account not found"... any ideas??

That could mean either:

1. You've not logged in
2. You've accidently set up 2 accounts (one has carriage enabled, one doesn't)
3. You put your details in someone elses name for some weird reason (that's happened a few times!)
4. Some other weird reason

Can you check for the first... i'll see if I can find any other possible cause as well...

i had to put in my sisters card details so could get delivery to work

will it be ok now??

If you use the same account as before, it will work
