I can get logged in and I can get right to the page, but I get the "Hexus account cannot be found" message.

I had this a fair few times. I cleared my cookies, waited a few days (to let the Scan/Hexus systems catch up), disabled AV and Firewalls (just to make sure) and tried again....All worked wonderfully then.
