Kommunicate SE-B2K VoIP adaptor

Dear Scan,

I bought a couple of these (link) and have no luck with them.

When I plug them in, I get an "One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows cannot recognise it."

I've tried the two boxes, and get the same message for both. I've also tried the boxes in different PCs, all giving the same negative result.

If possible, could you please check, or if anyone else has bought one of these check how it works? Have I just been incredibly unlucky and received two dud ones.

Sound like I'll have to RMA them (have some other stuff to send back too) but would want to ensure someone has a working one!
