What's happened to the knowledge base as of late? Is it just that I'm going the 'Answer question' section at the wrong time of day, that people just aren't asking questions, or that it's being phased out?
What's happened to the knowledge base as of late? Is it just that I'm going the 'Answer question' section at the wrong time of day, that people just aren't asking questions, or that it's being phased out?
During a review of the system it became apparent the Knowledge Base was not being used for the purpose designed and a lot of information was simply not relevant or out dated, as such a decision was made to completely clear every entry and simply start again. Of course we worked through an archive of all posts originally on the Knowledge Base and re-applied any that were relevant still. The system is now up and running again fully.
