    Your ordering system has lost my order?

    This might not be the first time you have heard this, but i placed an order with you guys at about 9pm last night, for an ASRock DualSATA motherboard plus an Opteron 146 OEM.
    I was quite impressed that it remembered i was a Hexus poster, and didnt charge me shipping.

    I have to date (12 hours later) not yet recieved a confirmation email however, and in 'My Account' under 'View Orders' it is not there.

    Please advise.... It states specifically not to order twice, but i'm an inpatient man!

    I think that's normal...I can't remember that it always used to be like that, but I believe there's a manual verification of orders, and the poor guys at Scan have got to get sleep at some point. Hopefully you should find something in your inbox this morning.

    It also says in the area that this is updated during opening hours only.
