Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro not in stock?

I've received an email saying my order is delayed because 2 items are out of stock:

Opteron 165 (which I know is) (Estimated Lead Date = 03/03/2006 (shipment delayed by manufacturer)
)
Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro (Estimated Lead Date = 10/03/2006)

According to the site, it's in stock...

Just checked SCAN - it says that both my items that I'm waiting for are in stock
