Hello, all. I feel bad that this is my first post on the forums, but I recently received my first-ever order from Scan, and while it arrived gratifyingly quickly, there is something odd about the item's behaviour, so I placed a query online via the Scan tech support form.
My question to anyone in the know is: how long is it likely to be before I can expect to see a response? It's only been since Saturday, but depending upon the response I may have to RMA the item. I'm wondering whether I need to contact customer support, but would really like to see what tech support think about my description of the symptoms before jumping in, in case it's easily explained, and I don't want to be too impatient, but like all of us, I do want my computer up and running happily as soon as possible!
Can anyone from Scan suggest my best course of action, please?
