I rang your RMA department on monday to arrange a different delivery address other than my home address (as i would not be in) in which the nice lady at the end of the phone said yes. However this was not to be the case as i have came into work today to find that when tracking on the City-Link website (i have been carded). I have now spoken to your customer services and she is glad to redirect the RMA to my work address however i now have to wait until tomorrow. Is there nothing you guys can do for me, as i am waiting now...impatiently to receive this card. Thanks
