    No AMD DFI

Is there any reason as to why you don't stock DFI's AMD motherboards and you do some intel ones. It's just that i need a DFI Lanparty UT 250GB, and you were going to be my firsp port of call.
your computer is similar to a fridge in that if it cannot keep a beer cold then it sucks

I asked them about this before, they said it's because they've had faults with DFI or their customer support sucks or something along those lines. They tried to convince me to buy an Abit instead.

Shame, I just ordered £900's worth of stuff from Scan and took some business elsewhere due to not stocking the DFI.

Odd that they still stock some Intel models....surely it's the same 'sucky' customer support ?

    Ok

Basically the score is as already stated due a SLA (service level agreement) not being reached, we wont be getting the DFI's back in stock, this decision was reached not easily i might add by the management, as they would not adear to the standard that we would often expect from a manufacturer.

I'll dig out the email when I get home that explained their reasoning.

its a bit strange that i've never had any problems with them and many companys stock the boards. Ah well scan aren't going to get rid of western digital hard drives soon, i hope so thats another order coming from me.

Thats a bit of a let down I've never had any issues with DFI either and their customer support is superb. Best boards i've ever owned.

No Thermalright or Arctic Silver products either, or OCZ, is that for similar reasons?

I hope you can get them back in, and maybe the AM2 variants, it'd be nice to have a fast overclocking motherboard to use. Along with all those nice extras.

Never had a problem with DFI and i've owned three boards, compared to MSI they are WAY ahead in terms of customer support. I can't say I think this is the wisest decision by Scan...
