    Ordered in a rush and got the wrong product

    Hi there, I ordered in a rush before I went away for the weekend and accidentally clicked the wrong product. Wanted a USB2 enclosure for a SATA disk but ordered a SATA external case effectively. The order has arrived today (which is when I noticed), I was wondering how much its going to cost me to correct (restocking fee, shipping, etc..)?

    I have submitted a returns query to scan and will wait and see what happens. Being a student I hope it isnt too much....

    Dont worry as long as you return the product in the original condition there wont be a restocking fee. Royal Mail's recorded delivrey would only be £ 3-4 to ship it back to Scan.

    Our Returns dept will contact you in the morning with a RMA number and instructions of how to return the item

    Wow, thats dedication, yes I got my RMA details yesterday and have just got an email saying the item was received this morning.

    On a side note, it cost £8.87 to return the item when the item only cost £14.08... Oh well, it has taught me a good lesson not to rush ordering something before going out!!!!

    My order of the correct enclosure (+ an extra £50 of stuff I didnt really need...) has also arrived this morning
