I've just posted an online query as I really want to try and get this sorted quickly (I know I'm not the only customer haha :lol:). My query number is available on request or alternatively it's about a dodgy button on the copperhead.

When we receive back to base, we 99% of the time test the item same day. Again, 99% of the time the replacement is then invoiced and prepared to be delivered. All in all this ...you guess it 99% of the time gets to you within 5 working days

Nutter! Is there any chance you could swap my mouse to the logitech G5 (if you find it faulty :/) as I'm not to kean on the build of the copperhead.
Oh...and what if the mouse doesn't exibit the same issue when you test it (when it was playing up it did the same on my laptop).
