Ok its nothing bad. I was expecting an order today, and it isnt coming until tomorrow and the only reason is that you are short staffed and you have made the cut off time for orders earlier (this is what someone on the phone told me earlier), my order was around 1pm ish so i missed the deadline.

I think you might want to make people aware of that before they order, by way of a sticky here, and a note on the website.

The orders being delayed are the orders which were placed yesterday due to internal issues (not staffing levels), these have now all been sorted therefore it should only effect the orders which were placed yesterday and due for delivery today.

Saying that even with the issues yesterday we still managed to ship 95% of parcels that were de for delivery today so it would seem as tho you have been unlucky and got into the 5% that didnt ship

The bloke i just spoke to on the phone said that you were short staffed and that the cut off times were made earlier as a result. thats the reason i posted this.

if thats not the case, then whoever i spoke to needs to be made aware of the situation.

We arent really as such short staffed however with people being on holiday (as usual this time of year) as well as the issues yesterday I suppose there has been a knock on effect as the warehouse have a lot more orders to get out today with fewer staff with holidays, therefore its probably a combination that has made the cut off time earlier
