We have the following product, which would enable you to convert your SATA drive to an External USB 2.0 connection.

Your best option would be to place the order online and choose the Q-collect option. If you are paying cash the guys on reception can raise the order for you

    Update:-

The product which was confirmed as correct was either LN15056 or LN12527, which would have been correct. However from looking at your invoice it seems you incorrectly purchased the LN 9378 for some reason?, which is for a PATA hdd, therefore a little unfair to blame Scan for this. We correctly gave you the the LN number for the product to order so I am unsure how this could be our mistake?

I was speaking to Jason to inform me of when you came in to return the product so I could check the invoice for you, that was all. In no way would we make a joke or be "funny" If I had realised you were next to me I would have gladly explained this to you in reception.

I believe this has now been resolved

No, i couldnt find the harddrive case which you linked me to, so i asked a mamber of staff can they acces the forum to find it, but instead i was asked what is it i exactly want, so i told him it was a harddrive case to hold my maxtor harddrive, then he said the ice box will do, and i asked him again will it deffantly work with my harddrive , and again he said ye its fine....

got it home..... opened it,, seen it was wrong and nearly threw it throw the front window. I had to travel far to get to scan, and over 100 miles of traveling in the hot sun just isnt good for the body!!
