Problem with signing up for free delivery

I've tried setting up the link between my Hexus and Scan account a few days ago. At forst it looked like it worked perfectly. I then changed my email address on Hexus (this may or may not be related) and since then I can't seem to get the free delivery. I've tried setting up the link between the accounts again but the Scan screens can't find my Hexus account anymore.

Any idea who should I contact to get this looked into? I suspect if I phoned the Scan customer services they probably wouldn't know how to fix it. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Did you change your account email addy today? I think you have to wait till midnight for scan and hexus servers to re-sync...something like that.

Thanks. But I changed it a few days ago so I've given it a while.

There is no need to do this. When it's activated, it's activated - unless you've had it terminated for being a naughty boy/girl

    PM'd again.

I can't think of anything naughty. I've not ordered anything yet. I almost did (and so know my delivery was free a few days ago) , bu haven't yet actually used it.

    Thanks again.

Doh, this is sorted now. It was entirely down to user error. Basically me not realising my other machine wasn't signing me in automatically. Thanks for all your help.

    Everyone can laugh now

And to think I write this kind of software for a living. I should know better
