Will this mobo work with the Core 2 Duo?

Hi chaps,

I've got a new rig to build for someone and they are on a tight budget.

Would this mobo be ok with the new Duo chips? Will it work out of the box or will it need a BIOS update?

The gigabyte CPU support section for that board can be seen Here

It's showing as the Support is from the F1 bios onwards, and when you check Here It states that motherboard F1 BIOS is first release so it should support them out of the box.
