    replacement goods

    I received this emal a few days ago:

    returned under RMA 133615,

    The board that blew was an msi k8neo platinum s754, now i had to buy a replacemnt for thif myself and there is no point in chooseing another s754 board (also originally it cost £70 and they do not cost anywhere near that now). Could i replace it instead with this http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Produ...oductID=405139 in the same price bracket.

    Also, how do you order it as a free of charge replacement online, i cant see anything in my account to do this.

    Some input on this would be greatly appreciated, would like to get the replacement asap, may upgrade my system sooner than expected.

    The delivery should be free anyway as its going to be a replacement item, i doubt i qualify for the free delivery on normal items as i dont post often enough.
