    Scan let me off? Or an item for 1p?

    I want that, but scan says that I cannot get free delivery for items under £20 ex vat.

    Can scan let me off 1p? Or is there something for 1p on scan.co.uk?

    Surely £19.99 is the price excluding VAT, therefore you will be paying £23.49

    and the £20 is the ABSOLUTE minimum - trying to buy something for 1p or asking to be let off takes the mick badly to be honest - remember the delivery will cost them £7 anyway...think about what I am saying.
