psu rma
i have a tagan psu bought from a member there is still two years warranty on this im sure in his account there wil be details of the purchase from you guys, and if you can verify with him that he has sold it to me would it be possible to rma this as its producing under 12v around 10 i have tested my brothers psu and its fine so what can you guys do ? thanks harry

He'll have to request RMA for you and you could send it back but SCAN will return the PSU to that member and you'll have to sort it out from there. (My own experience)

would have been good to get scans feedback on this??
thanks arthur sounds like more hassle than worth

I'm afraid warranty is not transferable and remains with the purchaserer, so in this case your point of return would be the person whom you bought it off.
