Overclocking and 3XS conroe systems

I wonder if someone from Scan can enlighten me as to whether the MB (ASUS P5W DH Deluxe i975X) that is provided with the Scan 3XS systems (Conroe) is unlocked and hence overclockable? i know that the MB if bought on its own and retail is an excellent overclocker. the questiion is the MB provided in the 3XS systems the same as the retail ASUS P5W DH Deluxe i975X and hence unlocked?

Scan used to advertise its systems as being o/c friendly in the past
