Not sure I understand why you're asking?
Corsair usually has a lifetime warranty I believe, but being under a year old anyway RMA it with Scan.
corsair memory normally runs above standard voltage, have you checked your running there recommended voltage ?
i have no idea if it applies to there DDR2 ?
DDR runs at 2.6v stock, and corsair says to run it at 2.75 volts
that ram runs at 1.9v by default, 2.1v is the max that corsair recommend.Originally Posted by GoNz0
I thought so , 2.75 would be for ddr1. Also i would run a few other Memtest before saying its faulty. If your getting same error codes then you know its faulty.Originally Posted by Clunk
Corsair is exclusive to scan and if you buy it from scan you can , i think correct me if i wrong change it whenever it goes wrong.
@clunk you are fit , hows about me and you hook up some day , we will paint the town in my tricycle, think about it.
Its at 1.91v. I bought it from scan im not sure who i contact as with my dell monitor scan told me to contact dell so im just checking.

u ran it at 2.1 v then to see if it works ?
It's 1.91v by default i dont wanna overclock doesnt that void warrenty?

i doubt it, corsair say to bump the stock voltage to 2.75 on DDR1 ram, they state the SPD value is set to lower so it boots on default voltage, then you can reset the timings once the voltage it up.
i forgot to set the timings and voltage on this after a BIOS upgrade, tried to play games and got reboots, realised my mistake and set the voltage and timings to whats stated on the website and its been solid as a rock ever since
What should i set it to for ddr2.Originally Posted by GoNz0

Have your tried this site for advice yet?
http://tsxpress.corsairmemory.com/
Only 1 thing listed under my memory and that was for a different chipset.

Its anywhere between 1.8v to 2.1v , your covered with the warranty at these voltages.Originally Posted by TeleFragX
Defrag your hardrive and run a few different memtest . Make sure your registry is in check.
What can happen is that your hardrive sectors and clusters are evreywhere(in a mess i mean) and not in a good working manner so it starts to perform badly , also when this happens it can point you the wrong way. Like when you wrote the windows memory checker. Now if your windows is buggerred then it can not be taken serious and show the memory is buggered.
However i may be wrong but when troubleshooting you have to lay all the possiblities and the computers i have repaired in the last 6 months mostly have been sorted with the registry scan and hardrive defragged.
The hardive is basically a filing cabinet and if all the files are intact and in good shape the files will be easy to get to. Even when you benchmark things , its important to scan the registry and defragg the hardrive.
Well i just overclocked to 4.01ghz ram is at 2.0 atm and ran prime 95 x 2 for a couple hours all seems fine all give it a test maybe wack up the memory to 2.1 and try a higher speed very proud

So thats all you did , just put the memory up?Originally Posted by TeleFragX
are you getting any errors in memtest? Anyways nice to hear you sorted it out.
Nope, overclocked my cpu too to 4.01ghz seems ok and done my gfx too and all seems fine now. Sweet.
